As Canada’s largest real estate development conference for undergraduate students, Expand Your Empire brings together students from all around the world and are passionate about Commercial Real Estate.

 

The 2-day conference makes its return to the thriving city of Toronto where we will be featuring a comprehensive development case competition, workshops, and several networking opportunities for like-minded students and industry leaders to connect.

 

Over $10,000 in total prizes are distributed to the teams who most impress our judges; industry executives making key decisions in Toronto’s booming real estate market.

 

Taking place on January 28th and January 29th, 2022, attendees will compete in teams of four and create a realistic development scheme for a prominent site in Canada’s largest city. Delegates are required to prepare their development proposals prior to the competition and compete for their chance to present before a panel of industry judges.
